How will this team be anything but mediocre? WHIR

Ok, so I just did a 5x5 12 team Yahoo draft, my first of the year. And to be frank, I think I did pretty bad. I had the second pick. What do you think are my biggest issues? Just adding up last year's stats, it looks like I'm a bit low in HR and SB, ok in Runs and RBI, and pretty good in AVG. I haven't really considered pitchers, but I have a lot of low risk relievers who could be good. As for my draft strat, I went hitting early, grabbed a couple SP in the 5-7-ish rounds, and then went all out reliever crazy around the 12-16 rounds.

1B - M. Texiera
2B - H. Kendrick
SS - M. Young
3B - D. Wright
OF - C. Lee, B. Abreu, S. Victorino
UTIL- P. Burrell
Bench - R. Theriot, B. Butler

SP - J. Smoltz, D. Matsuzaka, R. Hill, J. Lackey (I found out he was injured seconds after my draft #$%^)
RP - M. Capps, B. Wilson, E. Gagne, T. Percival, G. Sherrill, J. Broxton

Thoughts, Suggestions? Maybe about which reliever I should dump for a replacement SP, say Randy Johnson.

Dump broxton for rj and try and package capps with burrell for a better bat.

Not great, not bad though. You could probably use a bit more pop. Wright, Abreu and Victorino should keep you afloat in SB.

I'd strongly suggest keeping Broxton, as I think it's important to have a guy who will consistenyly keep your ratios low. Personally, my opinion is that closers will help you in one cateogry obviously, but only a handful of them will get you good ratios too. I think one of Gagne, Percival or Sherrill should be used in a package deal to get you a power hitter. You could probably use another SP with news of Lackey, so maybe that should be your first priority with the deal. though. Dangle your closers and see if any offers sound good.
