I've been looking at ESPN's ADP lately and something that has confused me is which number to use, the actual ADP or the ADP ranking. What I mean is that some players (especially later) are ranked lower then their ADPs ex: Saltalamacchia is being drafted 230th but his ADP is 214.7 how should I integrate these numbers into my rankings. As it stands I'm just using the drafting rank and avoiding the ADP.

Check out my MDP report that will now be right below this thread. Once you get to the later rounds (i.e, below 200), there starts to be little separation between ADP's because these sampled leagues tend to be very shallow (20-23 rounds). Players drafted in these rounds vary greatly because they are usually fliers or roster fillers.
Salty is actually a bad example because ESPN seems to be way off on his ADP:
MDC =148.06
Couch = 129.90
CBS = 157.69
ESPN = 214.70
Yahoo = 143.00
