Pretty good offense. Crosby needs to go. Even Weeks would probably be a better choice than him. I think you could trade Swisher for a better MI.

Not sold on your pitching staff. Starters could go either way, but I think your RP are way too risky. You should try to get at least one guy you can count on.

Get rid of 2 of the 3 Crosby, Bonderman, or Zito. You need another closer. Possibly Brian Wilson or even Percival. If you don't want to drop a pitcher I'd really just cut Crosby loose for a closer and play Weeks. I'd even consider moving Thome for a middle infielder or a starter and playing Swisher.
