Did my first draft of the year. Not terribly pleased with how it went. 12-team H2H, 5x5. Obviously not much speed and maybe not enough in the other stats to compensate. Comments? Leave a link.

I think you were right about lack of speed. Obviously, Bourn will get a lot, but I'd have a hard time justifying him over any of your OF. See if there is a team hurting for power and maybe you can get something out of them.

You have some good young pitchers, but a few of them will have a tough time getting run support (Grienke, Lincecum, Snell). You might struggle in W, but your stats should be good. You got a couple of solid value closers and Wood could end up being a closer too. Bell should also be a nice way to gets K's as well as low ERA/WHIP.

Overall, speed is the only concern I see, so maybe you could package something like Dye (or Guillen) and a pitcher for Crawford. Then if someone like Greene or Peralta is on FA, they could be a decent SS fill-in. Good job otherwise.

Would you consider dealing Miggy for Wright? He'll get you 25-30 sb's? And no, I am not being biased.

First, I wouuld take DW over Mig any day.

Second, you need speed very bad. If you can get wright, go for it. You will have to try to move Atkins for some wheels. Someone like Figgins. Figgins is ranked about 10 spots higher by my estimation but that try to convine that team they need more pop and all they are giving up are SB's.

Also to note. I'd consider holding out on Kennedy. Greinke has not really proven much and has been getting hit hard in spring training. Kennedy has excellent command of his pitches and I think has a chance to be better than Grienke who might be better suited in the pen where he seemed to pitch with confidence. Like said above if you couldn't land Wright perhaps if you still want to drop Kennedy maybe a 2 for 1 with Miggy might work. I am not sure what kind of if any value Kennedy might have to another team.

I would trade one of your third basemen for someone elite that also has some speed, OR you could trade him for an elite pitcher. Seems like the only two things you need are speed and SP.

Remember, it is H2H. So you only need to win 6 out of 10 categories. I'm pretty sure you can at least win 3 categories on offence, so if you can win 3 more on pitching, you are all set. Just my opinion.
