I know it has been brought up a bunch of times that Kaz is first start is against the Red Sox, so I wanted to throw out some numbers for you.

Kazmir lifetime v. Sox

17 G 6 W 5 L 101.1 IP 2.66 ERA 1.34 WHIP 118 K .218 BAA

Lifetime at Fenway

9 G 4 W 3 L 52.2 IP 2.73 ERA 1.35 WHIP 59 K .232 BAA

Some may wait to start him, but I am running him out there

Not sure if I am starting him since I have 8 starts which would put me at the max for the week. If Sheets goes down (which is a good possibility) then I will probalby start him through.

For H2H leagues, the nice thing about his first start coming on the weekend is that we'll know how our weekly matchups are going before deciding to use him or not. I'll start him unless I've got the week wrapped up already. He's my #2 pitcher (well, #1 now with Verlander's suckiness) and I'm anxious to get him in there.

Yea that is true. I am in a H2H league so if it is close and I don't need need to start him I won't
