Anyone think this guy worth a shot this year? I think the Nats will be better this year and he always seemed to pitch well in this division when he wasn't hurt.

tough to say. He has pitched well so far in SP. However, they say he is only hitting 84-86 mph.

He looked horrible yesterday against the Orioles. Today he's complaining of a dead arm and soreness. As a Nats fan knowing his history, I'd say he's only worth a flyer in the deepest of leagues.
