The offense is pretty good, very nice mix of power/speed. I would say you have a decent amount of risk among hitters, with Braun and Hart and especially Ordonez not guaranteed to reproduce last years numbers. But there is also a ton of upside, so I wouldnt worry much.
As for pitching, I don't know all your league rules, but I would consider grabbing some low ERA/WHIP RP to balance out your SP. Matsusaka, Hill, and Kazmir will get a lot of Ks, but at least Matsuzaka and Kazmir dont have the best ERA/WHIP. Maybe drop Bannister or Duke for a stud RP like Bell or Broxton or one of the Cleveland Rafaels.

But, all in all, looks good.
