Is it head-to-head? Is it roto? How many teams? You have to tell us these things.

Just looking at the team, the offence looks great. On pitching, I don't know how reliable the closers are. Watch them closely during the season. You also have some old pitchers there, like Pedro and Petitte. Watch for their health.

Strong offense... you're going to have to watch your pitching staff pretty closely, though - especially your relief pitchers.

You might consider trying to move one of your bats for a pitcher/rp package to shore up the weakness.

Or just ride your strength (hitting) and hope it makes up for pitching weaknesses.
