you better play in a really deep league to own Wakefield, like 17 + teams in mixed

Yeah even in a 20 team league I didn't target Wakefield. There is just no upside.

This shouldn't affect Wakefield's value that much. The Sox have some other crappy catcher who can't hit but can (supposedly) catch the knuckleball that they're going to use for Wake.
So if Wakefield was a viable option in your league before, he still is.
0-3 to 4-3. Worst choke in the history of baseball. Enough said.
