Every year we have one owner that takes forever to draft and the rest of the league including myself is getting fed up. The league has 16 owners, so for some reason or another we could not settle on a day to do a fast draft. Has any other commissioners run into this problem and if so how did you solve it? 12 hr time limits or something?

12 hrs????...I remember those days....like watching paint dry....u need to come up with a date that's good for MOST of the owners and stick with it...live draft...60 secs....90 secs max...the owners that can't make the draft...must pre-rank their players and have the comp pick for them...some instances they might be able to tell the comp that they're away...you won't make everyone happy but most will be.

if people say they are in work or busy etc make them list x amount of players in order to the commish if their pick is coming up. I just finished a long draft and everyone went quick except one owner who dragged it to the limit each round. No excuse for that unless you are actually flying to meet up with the prospective players each round or something
