I have the number 1 pick in an 8 team league....is Giles worth a 4th/5th round back to back pick?

I think so, unless someone falls to you that shouldn't have.

I agree.

There will come a day when Barry Bonds leaves baseball, and everything about the game will be the better for it.

if he's the best available player then that's a great round to draft him in.

I'd rather have Berkman and get my few steals that B. Giles offers somewhere else.

actually giles steals more than berkman....berk 7-8-5 the past three years and giles 13-15-4.

that's what I meant. I'd look for the 7-10 steals you are losing to be made up at another position like SS or 2b or somewhere.

I am REALLY high on Giles return to form, but I have him 2 spots behind Berkman. This is mainly on ballpark differences, and I expect a similar return to form for Berkman. I would be happy to get either of these guys in late 4th or early 5th depending on whats going on.
