Tier Drafting or Overall Drafting?

I am surprised no one has mention Average Draft Position into there rankings. I always put this down so I know what to expect to fall to me with each pick. I then really focus my research on those players and map out who I expect to pick. This way I am taking into account my tiers before the chaos of the draft.

positional scarcity is a shallow league problem..20 team leagues have another problem. Its called sucking the talent pool dry. Shallow league draft scarce position players early..mauer and martin at catcher, for instance, gives a big advantage and still find studs to fill all other slots..Deep league forget about position cuz goin to end up with mugging each other over outfield slugs.
