Just drafted my team...needs tweaking?

I just did a draft, if you guys can look at my team and tell me what I should think about changing please let me know! It's a standard yahoo head-to-head, 5 batting and 5 pitching categories. No max moves or minimum innings per week. A lot of speed guys and closers were getting taken early, so I chose to bulk up on batting and get closers much later.

I know my outfield is pretty weak. I think that my team has a good batting average, I was trying to avoid people that batted below .270 but i think a couple guys are sprinkled in that don't bat well.
