It depends

If Pujols stays healthy I think that puts Team A over the top. If he doesn't then I like Team B.

I go with Soto over Salty this year, Salty may start the year in the minors (reminds when the Phillies traded Johnny Estrada to the Braves for Millwood, they sent Estrada down to the minors the first year).
Salty is the better long term prospect, but he won't surpass Soto this year, just due to sheer batting opportunities.

Pujols is a question mark, I like that he is there at UTIL spot and not as the 1b. I'd personally put Ibanez in the 3rd OF spot over Damon, I think he's a wasted roster spot.

I think team A has the better offense and team B the better pitching staff.
Team B also has a wasted roster spot in Bonds and some bad picks (having Josh Hamilton and AJones? avg will take a dive)

I could go through the list position by position, but when comparing the two teams, each side has their strengths and weaknesses that I'd call this a draw.

Team A crushes Team B in hitting.
Team B crushes Team A in pitching.
I'd give A a slight edge.

I like Team A as it has better hitting and honestly is pretty even on the pitching. If Liriano stays healthy I'd almost take Team A's pitching as well.

Team A. Better hitting and close on pitching.
