Right now I am still trying to find the right balance for a points base league. Here are my current settings with the category and point total in parenthesis:
R (1), 1B (1), 2B (2), 3B (3), HR (4), RBI (1), SB (2), CS (-2), BB (1), K (-1), E (-1), IP (1), W (20), L (-5), CG (5), SHO (5), SV (8), H (-.5), ER (-1), BB (-1), K (1), NH (10), PG (10)
These settings seems to give the edge to hitters but some hitters like Ryan Howard seem too low. Would someone have a set of settings I could go by or could suggest a fix for mine?
I had the same problem for my league and we added more points to pitchers this year to help make them more relevant. 2 points per innings and extra points for NH and PG. Take a look at my settings

Thank you very much JRami , what are your feelings towards these settings in projecting players?
