Fantasy Leagues with Farm Systems?

Does anyone know of any good sites where you can set up a league that has a farm system?

Preferably free... I havent ever done a league like this but I am interested.

free sportsline leagues don't give you customization of the rosters. Sportsline pay leagues (only cost $80 for the entire league) are well worth it. Farm systems. Full customization. Awesome.

can you set up keeper rules such as if you keep someone then you lost that round the next year? or next round +2 rounds
trade draft picks?

Yup, that's how my league does it. We do round drafted + 3 rounds. So I picked McLouth in the 20th round, so it will cost me a 17th round pick next year. I also have Jay Bruce in my minor league system, so to keep him next year (assuming he loses ROY eligibility) it would cost me a 27th round pick (last round)
