Just drafted...need analysis and suggestions

Just joined a 16 team redraft, 7x7 roto, for the first time...additional cats are OPS, TB, OBPA, and QS (Don't ask).

I only have one closer because they all went in a flurry and some guy ended up with 5 and now he is trying to trade them. Anyways, I would appreciate any advice regarding specific target areas and who on my team may provide the most value in a trade. Thanks.
