I can't remember what # I set for the bench spots last year in our league.
We have 19 starting spots - 10 offensive and 9 pitching.
Right now, I have the bench spots at 10, but I'm thinking that's too many and maybe I had it at 8 or 9.
What's an appropriate # for this roster size? I don't want teams to have tiny benches but I also don't want the waiver pool to be too shallow.

I have a 9 off and 9 pitching league and we have 8 bench spots in it, that seems like a deep enuff bench and makes it more challenging. hope this helps.
