I primarily play in H2H leagues and have so for 3 years now, so I can help you out.
First thing you need to do is set a move limit for the season or week. If you don't then it is only a matter of time before someone starts streaming 3,4 or 5 pitchers a day.
Stats that work well:
R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OBP or SLG.
W, SV, K, ERA, WHIP and QS
I also may throw in a CG and SHO into the pitching category. They are rare and when they happen it makes you feel....happy.
Hope that helps.
