Team analysis, need to grab one more reliever? Thoughts?

My team is listed below with cats. I have 5 bench spots....

I was thinking that I need to move one more batter for another reliever....


Maybe picking up Tony Pena for Encarnacion. I feel that D'Backs reliver Brandon Lyon is going to falter, and Pena will fit the role of closer.....

I was also thinking of maybe trying to trade Encarnacion for a closer. Or Thome for a upper-tier closer?
What is the best approach and who should I target? Thanks for the advice
