Do I need to add some speed? Thoughts?

Postby BJSFAN123 » Fri Mar 07, 2008 1:05 am

12 team h2h league. I don't really like to focus too much on steals in H2H, but I really don't have much at all..

C - Molina
1B - Teixeira
2B - Figgins
3B - Aramis
SS - Tejada
LF - Holliday
CF - Andruw Jones
RF - Sheffield
Util - Thome
Bench - Bourn
Bench - Blalock
Bench - Drew
Bench - Hamilton

SP - Sabathia
SP - Smoltz
SP - Sheets
RP - Corpas
RP - Gagne
SP - Wainwright
SP - Bailey
RP - WIlson

I figure I could always plug Bourn in for some steals, so I made sure to snag him...but do you guys think I should make any moves? Corey Patterson is on the WW and I've been thinking of picking him up...

Also, do you think I should drop Bailey for Maddux/Morales/Miller?

Regarding Patterson, Dusty Baker likes the idea of having a true leadoff hitter, so wait and see how Patterson fairs this spring. Another player who may be available is Julio Lugo - he's good for 30+ SBs and is a sleeper candidate. Bourn also would be a nice add.

I wouldn't drop Bailey just yet.
