10th rounder in my league last year.

4 team league? I always wanted to play in one.

lol

That league must be terrible if a guy who went .326/34/114 the previous year goes in the 10th round.

Last year in my "expert" league which is 14 teams.

Holliday went with the 13th pick of round 1, yes round 1. He was an early 2nd round pick on my draft board. This was a no brainer 2nd round with upside guy so if he fell to round 10 in your league it is full of terrible players.

Hanley went with pick #27 (to me).

Fielder was pick #58 (to me), I had him as a 3rd round pick on my draft board but I waited on him until the 5th because of ADP.

B.J. Upton went in the 16th round, he probably was the biggest value after Fielder, nobody was sure if he would start full time or not.

See if you can tell me who these two players are:

A: 25 starts, 28 games, 142.2 IP, 138 H, 86 R, 79 ER, 88 BB's 120 K's, 4.98 ERA.

B: 26 starts, 29 games, 138 IP, 151 H, 84 R, 71 ER, 71 BB's, 122 K's, 4.63 ERA

Loewen's WHIP in the minors:
2004: 1.63
2005: 1.52
2006: 1.20
All done as he was moving up fro A to AAA.

But given that I have a better understand of what you are looking for, here are a few guys currently going in rounds 3-6 that I think we will be talking about as potential round 1 picks. As steve-o said, even with that expanded definition, it's a pretty thin list to start.

Markakis
Atkins
Chris Young
Pence
Hart
Cano

To make that top 12 you really have to have 40+ HR+SB and 200+ R+RBI and an average of .280+ Each of these 6 could do that, but it's a stretch for all of them.

How would you rank those players though?
I have them ranked like this
Hart
Markakis
Cano
Pence
Chris B Young
Atkins

what you think

I have them as:
Markakis
Atkins
Pence
Hart
Cano
Young
but, it's kind of a meaningless ordering. Based on SGP in a 12 team league, the total difference from top to bottom is less than 1 SGP. Effectively, there's no difference between them.

Loewen has to show that he can stay healthy and greatly improve his control. 5.22 BB/9 in the Minors translates to about 7 BB/9. He'll make Daniel Cabrera look like Greg Maddux.

By the way Whisp we are laughing with you not at you. It is somewhat comical to see a 6 team league since I've never seen one and someone referring to a 60th pick as a 10th rounder.
