Batting average would be my only concern, as far as offense production goes. It shouldn't be a big deal though, since this is a H2H league.
Baldelli is always an injury risk, so I'd probably slide Sanchez in that Util spot, or look to pick up another bat. Carlos Quentin probably shouldn't be drafted in any 10 team league.
Pitching is solid. The only concerns are Harden and Willis obviously. Willis might give you 15-17 wins this season, but his ratios will be out of this world. We all know Rich Harden's story...

EDIT: Rafael Soriano has been experiencing soreness in his elbow. Bobby Cox says it's nothing to worry about, but I'd keep an eye on the situation. Soriano should make his spring debut within the next couple games.
Chad Cordero is a likely candidate to be traded to a contender before the deadline; meaning he'll probably be a setup man before seasons end.
