No minimum IPs in weekly ESPN H2H leagues?

I want to try an ESPN league for the first time just to feel out some of the other online fantasy offerings outside of Yahoo. So, I created a league with all of the appropriate settings, however, I cannot find any menu that allows me to set a minimum IP for the week..... I have seen where it allows me to change the max IP for the week, but nothing for th minimum weekly IP.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? If so, how are you dealing with it?
