I have read many of these posts and what is the thing with special minor leaguer spots in a keeper league? Thanks for the help.

depends on the league you are in which rules this league has.

But some keeper leagues have special slots for minor league players, who you can draft, but which dont occupy a "normal" roster slot then...so you can put them on this special "minor league player slot", they dont give you any points of course. But that way you have them in your fantasy team without counting to the normal player number and as soon as they play in the majors you can put them into you lineup
