Starting CBS Auction Keeper $$$

I am considering starting a CBS Auction league with the following specifications:

traditional 5x5 scoring (AVG, HR, R, RBI, SB...ERA, W, S, WHIP, K)
weekly lineup modifications
live auction draft conducted through fantasy auctioneer
5 keepers maximum with a slight yearly inflation of auction price
FCFS free agency with daily waiver wire for dropped players
C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, MI, CI, 5 OF, 1 U, 10 P, 5 Reserves, 2 DL

the draft is yet to be determined, but will sometime between March 17th and March March 23rd.
the price of the league would have to be decided on by the owners, but it would have to be enough to keep everyone interested. I am thinking anywhere from $50 to $250. this money will have to be sent via PayPal a week before the draft. the prizes will be assigned as follows (minus CBS league fee): 1st place, 70%, 2nd place, 20%, 3rd place, 10%.
