My team, WW players. 12 team league

I'm in a 12 team Yahoo Roto league, got my auto-draft team, here they is:

OF - Griffey, jr.
Util - Hermida
BN - Matthews, jr. OF
BN - Kouzmanoff 3B
BN - H. Matsui OF
BN - Pedroia 2B
BN - LaRoche 1B

SP - J. Santana
SP - Beckett
RP - T. Gordon
RP - Grienke
P - Penny
P - Francis
P - Bonderman

Obviously, I need closers big time! I've been offering Matsui around because I don't want any Yankees on my team, lol. He's my main trade bait, also been offering Pedroia, LaRoche, Francis and Grienke in deals for a closer, but no luck so far, would trade Kouz, Matthews or Hermida too. WW is thin right now for closers, best available are Lyon and C.J. Wilson, and available setup guys who could find themselves closing games are Broxton, Rauch, Fuentes, and Guardado.
Could use a heavy hitting outfielder, but my main concern is collecting Saves right now. For SP's Glavine, Maddux, Millwood, Capuano, Byrd and C. Lee are available. I plan on dumping Grienke if I can't deal him, who would you pick up in his place of these available pitchers?
