Your question answers itself. By definition a standard 5X5 league uses R,HR,RBI,SB,AVG,W,SV,K,ERA,WHIP.

Experiment with it. It all depends on how you want to set up your team. It's also important to say that you should wait a week or two before really looking at the PFM if you can because a lot of things will change when playing time is determined. I usually take the rankings with a grain of salt until mid-March.
