Hmm...I honestly think Rixie Sexson is done for...his avg alone will destroy you! Howie Kendrick needs to stay healthy, and if he does, HUGE upside! it could pay off here! I really like your OF, mix of power and tons of speed! I believe Bourn will burn the bases this yr! (perhaps i could get an marketing job after that one uh? Other than Sexon, everyone on your line up shall hit around or above .300 so I would definitely look elsewhere for a 1B so you can get an easy 11 pts right there! Your pitching is rock solid! top 3 for sure for a 11 team league! Since its a roto league, keep an eye out for closers! good job on not overpayin for them either!

My radar may be a bit off on 11-team leagues right now with all the 14 and 15-team leagues I've been drafting. I think you got great value even that shallow though at the front end of the draft. Wright, Ichiro, and Vlad should be able to match the top-3 from just about any team. You've got a big-time underrated pitcher this year in Smoltz and a fairly deep staff and with Lyon likely closing in the desert you should be set for saves. I'm not crazy about Sexson either - in an 11-team league you might be able to snag Kotchman off the wire as insurance until we see just how bad Sexson will be this year.
Sexson isn't AS bad in an OBP league like this. Just keep a backup in mind.
I like the team man, very balanced. I LOVE your starting pitching, which is probably why I'd try and trade one for a bigger bat. I feel that in an 11 team league you'll be able to get an excellent starter off the wire, even if you just play matchups. Do you think you need 6 starters though? Maybe you can flip Danny Boy for a bat?
Don't worry about Saves, I like the closers you have just fine.
Starting pitching is excellent. Your closers are more then adequate. Your speed is fine. Your overall offense is solid. Sexson is a concern, but you have depth at 3rd base to make a move to fix that position. I would have no problem going to battle with this team and if Longoria turns out as good as expected, you will have a huge trade piece to fix any problems that might arise.

Very nice balance. Freddy Sanchez is wasting a bench spot that should be occupied by another OF. I think that you might be lacking a little speed. Who knows how well Bourn will do? Vlad will not run anymore and Ichiro isn't going to lead the league so unless Bourn pulls a Podsednik out of his hat I think that you will be low on steals.
Don't wait to pull the trigger with Sexson. Give him a chance but if he is around the Mendoza line a month into the season ditch him.
I would also feel better with another closer. Cross your fingers with Lyon.
I don't have much new to add... I really like the staff. The SP is very solid and deep. The closers are a little sketchy past Hoffman, but if you can grab somebody that gets the job during the year you should be ok. I think Sexson has some upside this year but I wouldn't want to count on him as a starter in an 11 team league. If I was to do anything I'd try to move a starter for a 1B to replace Sexson. But overall I like the team quite a bit and would be pretty comfortable starting off with it. Good job.
