Noticeable things: you need relievers! other than that your pitching is awesome! good job there!
Offensively, youve got a rather slow team! also, im not buying into the whole Vladimir Guerrero hype this yr... his body is getting old and not hitting as many homers. Now that Soriano's got a broken finger, why not offer a trade for Soriano while giving up Vlad? Also, Michael young is not going to duplicate 2005's numbers, and since you've got a slow team, why not trade for Furcal who is supposed to be fully healthy this yr?

Thats my two cents

help with mine plz! viewtopic.php?t=325057

I like the team, although you are very light on starting speed. Your pitching looks very good as well as you power/avg for your hitter. It would help if you posted your extra catagories.

Looks good but you have a lot of injury risks.

You could use another closer

Your offense is, as pointed out, injury prone and slow, (except Wright, with the 7th pick? nicely done) but I for one really like Yunel, I think he'll be awesome and provide more speed than Young, so maybe you could use Young in a deal to shore up another closer if you feel like you need to.

If I were you though I would probably look elsewhere, like an upgrade at C or maybe for Griffey or Helton. In a league where you can get Wright at 7 you'll probably have the upper hand nabbing closers as they appear.

Power, avg, RBI, and starting pitching you look pretty good. Nice draft. You're really lacking in closers and stolen bases plus I agree with the other response that you've got an older squad that has a higher probability of going through some bad injury streaks.

I like your pitching--a lot of upside but it's balanced with some steady performers. You do need another closer though--no one's saved more than 21 games for KC since 2003. It's not exactly the best place for closers to be..
