You've got an average team, I would say. But a very good start. You'll be able to compete and improve with the waiver wire. If you want to trade Huff, get back a 1B, SP, or RP. I think that Hunter wouldn't start in your outfield, so no use trading for him. And Lowell's only a small upgrade over Ramirez. If you could trade Huff for Teixeira and a reasonable starting pitcher (Maddux, Pettitte, Pineior, W Williams), I would. That way Tex can play at either 3B or 1B for you if your league allows 15 games for eligibility.

Your team looks ok. You will need to make a few changes but i wouldn't trade Huff for what you have been offered. If you want to move him you could probably get a better trade.
