Your hitting will be ok. Your SS position is a little weak. One thing I did notice is you really chose well for closers, and all starters have huge upside for the season. Just watch Lackey's arm. Not a bad head to head. Anywhere you can upgrade, SS and bench players, would only help you during the season. ;-D

ROTO

3B is 8-o as you have Gordon, but wait and see how his spring goes before making a change. I would try for an upgrade over Delgado, even though his MRI was negative and will only be out a couple weeks, but could this injury linger? Solid OF! Bench, same as above. Pitchers are fine.
Fantasy player since '99.

I'm looking at the roto team. You definitely need some more closers on the team. Sheets and Burnett are both pretty injury prone.
For offence, we don't know how Alex Gordon is going to shake out this year. So, 3B may be a concern.
Carlos Delgado is also an injury risk. In fact, he is having an MRI this spring.
For utility, I think you need someone better than Jason Varitek there. Maybe trade him to someone who lacks a good catcher. Varitek is not going to get any better this year, so if anyone overvalues his name and team, trade for him.

Good luck!
