Im in a 10 team H2H keeper league. We get to keep 5 players + a late round pick or rookie from the previous year.
My keepers are: Helton, Schmidt, J Vazquez, Piazza, Blalock, and Jose Reyes.
I have the 3rd pick in the draft and am most likely going to select an OF.
Which of the following choices do you think is best?
Berkman, Abreu, B Giles, Ichiro, Preston Wilson.
I was initially leaning toward Berkman, but am now actually considering taking Ichiro. I was pretty deficient in SBs last season and I think Ichiro would be a great addition to my team. I figure I can always get a cheap power hitter a little later.
I'm a little skeptical of Wilson. I know he had a monster season in Coors last year, but the fact remains that it was all Coors. His numbers aways from Coors are pretty average.
If I were in a Roto league, he would definitely be my top choice, but because of the weekly matchups in H2H, I think he will be an inconsistent performer.

Any thoughts?
If it's H2H why do you care about being deficient in sb?
I'm also concerned about wilson: he backed off quite a bit later in the season, and had never really shown any signs of becoming an elite OF before last year.
He's also a very impatient hitter who strikes out way too much from what I saw.
Still, as long as he plays 81 cames at Coors, he should put up some pretty decent numbers.
I wouldn't go with Ichiro as you first OF, if you're lookin to improve on SB's you could go for Abreu who should steal more this year and has decent power as well.
