Avoid Morales b/c Colorado?

Just curious if anyone is going to avoid Franklin Morales since he pitches half his games in Colorado? He's obviously highly regarded (Sickels A-, 13 on BP, 16 on MiLB, 8 on BA), but for fantasy purposes are people staying away from him due to his park? I am tempted to pick him in my minors draft...

I don't avoid him because of that. Even if you selectively start him you'll have a real good pitcher.

Eh I'd avoid because I think he is overrated personally. If you can get him and then deal him to someone who values him.

I wouldn't exactly avoid Morales. He has proven last year that he's capable of pitching in the big leagues. One thing that I would keep an eye on is his control this spring. If he struggles with throwing strikes, then definitely be wary. Otherwise, he has tools to be a solid #2 or #3 starter.

Post-humidor Coors is not the pitcher-killer it was in the old days. It is still a tough ballpark for pitchers, but less so than before, and Francis has proven that a high-ceiling young pitcher can develop into a quality MLB SP even with Coors as a home park.

I ended up taking him with what was the equivalent (after other MiLBers were kept) of pick 37 or so. I thought it was good value and I play with some smart dudes, so I was wondering why people were avoiding him. Thanks for the help.
