Its something your going to have to wait on. Reports say hes out 3-6 weeks, all depends on how he rehabs after the operation.

If you have him the safe bet is to pick up Tom Gordon in case and stash Lidge on the DL.

Nah...it was a keeper and i had to hand them in. So i decided not to keep him. Not keeping someone who may be hurt just for the 'chance' I may get some saves. Better keeping a sure deal over that.
