Another Yahoo question

When I sign up I click on "test your System" and It said I have to install the latest Java Virtual Machine. So I fellowed the link to the Java site and click on download now.

And after I went back to Yahoo and test it there and it says the same thing and I have spent all night trying to figure out why it doesn't work and I got no clue of if it's something I'm not doing or If it's Yahoo.

Anyway I need help. I'm a AOL user with Internet Explorer and it's run off of Windows ME. Any of you who know computers better then me. Any help you could give would be thankfull.

i believe that a lot of people have trouble with compatability issues with using aol. if there was any way you could sign onto aol and then open a seperate browser that isn't in aol then that may solve your problem. if that didn't work i'd try and download any other type of java program. just type java into a search engine and a ton of stuff should come up. that should work. i don't use aol so these are just a shot in the dark. in the future i'd recommend getting a cable modem instead.

I've been hearing a lot of complaints about AOL not being compatible with certain things lately. I don't use AOL, so I'm not sure what the problem is.
