I'm falling in love with picks 10-12. You get a great first rounder. Lets say you take Fielder as your #1 pick, then take Howard or Braun with your Number 2. I still think that beats/is even with taking Arod and then taking Suzuki with your 2nd round pick.

But then the Arod side would get a way earlier third round pick.
I don't like picking at the turn, so I would prefer 4-8.
Historically, I do very well late in drafts, but when I pick at 1 or 12 and get back to back picks in a snake draft, I feel like I have to reach to get the players I want. I take guys a round or 2 earlier then they should be taken because I believe they will be gone before it ever gets back to me. It might be a mental thing, but it always screws up my rankings. It is easy to gauge if a guy is going to be there if you only have to wait two picks, but when you have to wait for 22 or 23 picks, it sucks.

I just finished drafting 5th in a 10 teamer, and I was extremely happy with how it flowed. I was able to nab Holliday and Sizemore with my first 2, and I never seemed to have to reach for players or lose out on guys due to waiting long between picks.

Who is worth targetting at pick #4 in a 12 team league?? Or do you just let Wright, Reyes, and Hanley to fall to you?? Would you consider taking Holliday at #4?? Opinions appreciated. Thanks!!

I would absolutely take Holliday at 4; I like him better than Reyes there.
