What PFM settings do you use? need some help

I play in a 16 team, 7x5 league with a $250 budget. We start

1 1b
1 2b
1 3b
1 SS
3 OF
2 UT
5 SP
4 RP
and 1 OR 2 catchers, up to 162 games max for the catcher position. We don't have to auction draft 2 catchers; we can choose to to buy a bench player instead. but, we have to auction draft 20 players, even though we might only have 19 starters at a given time.

so, that leads to my questions.

1. should I put in 1 or 2 starting catchers? if I put in 1, should I put in an extra UT player? since I need to auction draft 20 players, I think I need my player total to sum to 20, but I just can't figure out if I should put in 2 Catchers or not.

2. Disposition: Aggressive? Moderate?

3. SGP: Yes? or No?

4. Minimum Salary: Should I put in $1 if this is our minimum price? or leave at $0?

5. Positional adjustment: 1? 2? I have heard both...I think I am going to run it twice and use the average of the 2 for each setting

anyways, would be cool to get some discussion going on this topic, b/c it's pretty important. tyia
