Get a romantic comedy, they're more fun. Also, I'm not sure I'd go with a real heavy movie like The Notebook or she might not find your choice to be genuine. As far as romantic comedies go... Me and my wife both really like 50 First Dates, Fever Pitch, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, and Just Friends... just to name a few.

So do I.
Sounds like we've got a couple guys that need to turn in their man cards.
You got that right. h0rt, it's fiancee, not fiance because fiance is well, masculine, and if that's so, it just makes you feel, well, let's just say more feminine.
Have you both ever seen Ever After? I had never seen it, but back in high school, it was a good way to get a date. So, I suppose it's a chick flick because it's a medieval fairy tale like Princess Bride? Man, I can't be arsed around by any girl to go see a romantic movie to save my life...I'd take going to the pub any day over that.
alright, i went to the store and they didn't have Princess Bride on DVD or Message in a Bottle. So i looked around and settled on "Must Love Dogs" a romantic comedy. I remember a while ago she said that she wanted to see that. Any thoughts on food pairing for a Chardonay?
