The good news for Willits is that the guys with outfield/DH slots in front of him are very fragile (with perhaps the recent health of Torii Hunter as the exception): Matthews Jr. opted against surgery on his knee last year, Anderson is perenially plagued by lower body problems (notably the hip flexor tendon tear), and Guerrero's arm problems from last season may resurface again. The bad news is that, barring injury, Matthews and Anderson are virtual locks in that lineup for financial and tenure reasons; not that those are good baseball decisions, because Willits is every bit as valuable in the lineup as Anderson and Matthews.
I think in deep leagues he's worth keeping around, while you should just keep an eye on him in other leagues in case he garners more playing time. If he does, he'll certainly help in SB and runs, while not hurting in AVG; of course he'll be worthless in HR and RBI.
