Very well balanced team deeray. Solid core of youth. Great speed and pitching. The only thing I could criticize is that you don't have a big HR popper. Any way to package AGone + few other parts for Fielder/Howard?

Not bad. Solid offensively, but not sure what to make of your pitching as far as '08 is concerned. Kazmir and Shields should be your anchors up top, but from there it's uncertain from there even though I like Hughes and Bonderman. You offset this in some way with getting solid MR's, a few of which could get cracks at closing to varying extents.

I think Gordon/Encarnacion is a nice 3B combo to have this season. One of them will perform the way they ought to.

Not a big fan of Kendrick in the 10th, but I am a huge fan of your OF, and I like the Gonzo/Loney options at 1B, too. You are like me, in the sense that if you don't get one of the big bangers you want at a position, you go for 2 guys with upside, to see if either sticks -- it's a strategy I don't see as often as I feel I should. Your pitching staff isn't overly strong, but be active on the Waiver Wire until you find some SPs that stick and I think you've got yourself a winner here. Oh, I'd also be looking to move Weaver -- I don't care for him at all.

If I had a suggestion it would be to trade away one of those nice OFers for a good SP. Then you can actually play Bay, which I believe you're optimistic of this year anyway. Personally, I'd see what you can get for Vlad, since his stock is still quite high and can land you a very solid SP option.
