Slow auction draft sites?

I'm not finding any auction sites that provide a mechanism for conducting slow auction drafts, the only ones I've found provide a real-time auction. I'm in an auction league here on the cafe, where we're conducting the auction with the forums, but I've been thinking about creating a site that would make this easier for leagues. But, the only experience I have with a slow auction is what we're doing now over in the 'Cool Guys' league, where each owner brings up a new player for bid every MWF, and the winner is determined when no one bids after 24 hours.

I can envision a site that facilitates all of this, including updating each owner's roster, preventing exceeding max bids based on remaining $, preventing outstanding bids exceeding salary cap, email notifications of bids, etc. etc.

What other features would slow auction draft need to provide to be useful?
