when i go to join existing custom league no published leagues come up on the list can someone please help

Did you filter by scoring type? I selected filter by points only leagues, and got about ten published leagues.

the watch feature is a very nice feature indeed. You can add playes to your watch screen which allows you to view how the player has been preforming lately without the hassell of searching for the player in the index everyday.

You can't delete posts anymore? That blows. Anyone see the new League Vote Approval option for private leagues now? Nice try, but they don't allow you to adjust how many votes it takes for a veto. So the Public League default of four votes is what it sets it at. That's lame. I was in a public league once and had four managers that vetoed everything just because they could. Everyone pretty much quit playing after about a month, I haven't played a Public League since.
