A buddy of mine and I run a 12 team league every year through Yahoo. It's just a free fun league, but very competitive and active. It started with a few of my buddies and a few of our high school teachers (who are surprisingly active) and has grown every year with the dead weight being dropped. This year we are incorporating a basic message board for transaction and trash talk purposes.
