Should people in deep dynasty leagues or keeper leagues, avoid Liz because of Baltimore's failure with Daniel Cabrera?

I've read that Liz's stuff is electric, but that he struggles with control. Are Cabrera's problems his own, or a bigger problem with the Orioles?

I'd avoid, there are sure to be better options. He will most likely end up in the bull pen anyways.

There is absolutely no connection between Liz control problems and Cabrera's.

Liz is still a pretty raw power arm. He can hardly control his breaking pitches, but when he learns to, or if he learns to, he'll be pretty nasty with that high 90s fastball. It's unclear whether he'll be used as a started or a reliever in the majors.

I wouldn't avoid Liz. The upside is there. If you take him or not it depends on who's available and the league format.
