A Dynasty league is just the specific term for a keeper league where you keep all of the players on your roster.

More of an emphasis is put on rookies and minor league players in dynasty leagues - that's pretty much the only difference. It is quite common to have a seperate minor league draft in such leagues. It requires a lot more digging and research by league participants.

Yeah, a Dynasty is where you keep your entire roster year after year where as a keeper you keep a select number of players. Every league has different rules so it isn't always cut and dry. For instance some people call a league where they keep 10+ as a Dynasty which IMO it is a keeper league. Also a lot of leagues put restrictions on who can be kept so that the best players are kept year after year.

keepers tend to be a little more competitive year in and year out. Where as in a Dynasty league the best teams tend to stay at the top every season, and the worst at the bottom. Teams tend to get a lot more stacked up with stars.
