New commish here, advice for categories...

Ok, I am a new commish on a Yahoo league and want to know what are good stat categories and weights for the various different gametypes.

I am a member of 3 leagues: Mine, which is a Points only league, a Head to Head, and a Roto league. All of us who are playing are rather new to fantasy baseball and fantasy sports in general. We played last year and had alot of fun. But this year for one of the leagues (the Roto) we are placing friendly wagers on the outcome.

The question is basically about the Roto categories, but I figured I'd ask about points and head2head leagues as well. What are some good balanced yet more than just basic categories and weights for these leagues? We are all baseball guys and want a little more than just the basic, ya know? I know it's asking alot from a noob and I'll be told to READ READ READ, but I've come to a wall here and the season is getting relatively close. Oh, and we are all friends so I am to pass along any roto info I find along to him. If you can post some links for reading that would be great too!

PS, should I post the current categories, or just take some recommendations?
