I definitely like the team but sometimes it is hard to analyze a team in a deep draft without seeing the other teams. It looks like you have most of the categories covered. Felix Pie is a great late round sleeper in my opinion. You might want to trade Jeter for Orlando Cabrera and some other pitcher you had your eye on late and drop Mike Piazza in my opinion. Good squad though.

You look pretty balanced, which is good in a roto league. I do have a couple of suggestions though.

1) Unless your league has max innings, I think a WW pitcher may be more valuable to you than Lamb or Piazza.
2) Cabrera is the only truly reliable power monster on the team. It's easier said than done, but I'd look into what it would take to get another one
3) Sort of tying into the last one, I'm not entirely comfortable with Pena as your only 1B. Last year may have been a breakout, but I'd like to see a guy do it more than once before pinning my team's hopes on him. 1B is so important in fantasy and your team is in trouble if he either gets hurt or doesn't repeat his breakout season. I'd say wait until Longoria is in the majors to stay, and then look into building a deal around Cabrera for one of the elite 1B mashers in the league (Prince, Howard, Pujols). I'm a lot more comfortable with Pena occupying that CI spot.
