Who Should I Get For Votto?

Another team has inquired about my Votto and/or Brignac in my auction league where minor leaguers are very valuable, due to cheap 5 year contracts once called up to the bigs. I don't have another SS prospect, so I think I'm better off holding onto Brignac, but I can probably afford to trade Votto (current minor league roster includes Bruce, Niemann, Miller, Stewart, Brignac, Votto and Inman). The other owner's prospects, and how he ranks them in descending order:

What would be a fair deal? Should I be interested at all? Any help would be appreciated, as I haven't followed minor leaguers as closely as I have in the past.
