who are the MUST HAVE players for dynasty leagues?

i got a couple DYNASTY drafts coming up within the next few weeks, and would like some advice for who to draft so my team can dominate for YEARS to come

looking back at a 16 team h2h draft i did in 2006-first year of this dynasty league here are a few picks that stand out:

brad hawpe pick 351
ryan zimmerman pick 262
brian mccann pick 283
justin verlander pick 294
bj upton pick 360
ian kinsler pick 264
curtis granderson pick 249
alex rios pick 248
jon papelbon pick 279
erick bedard pick 267

this is year 3 of the league and most of the picks i mentioned are studs now

of course nothing is for sure, but who are some guys that i should target with the mindset that in 2 years, they are gonna be STUDS like the 10 examples i have given ?
